So glad you found me! Take a minute to read about what i’ve done and am going to do.
I love Coffee, normally it goes with cake and sweets. For me it also goes hand-in-hand with creative work and photos - briefing, concepting, planning, executing, editing and crafting. I’ve worked in advertising and design for over 20 years - great communication matters to me. My perspective, skills and senses are thriving.
When designing, I like to guide any work I’m involved with down a path of discovery - give it attention, love it, nurture it - help it to be the best it can be. When i’m shooting, show me what matters most - you, your life, your possessions, your work. My style is candid, real, journalistic - enjoy yourself and trust me to capture the tears, tension, pride, happiness and laughs. Be it wedding, event or even just scoping the scenes.
Sometimes drastic circumstances call for drastic measures - almost overnight, I dropped everything and moved from Australia to live in Japan to be with the love of my life, incredible wife and amae-bae, Kana. As of 2021 we’ve also welcomed a little addition to the family in Rene! I’ve worked everywhere, in offices big and small, crazy and straight-edged, on the road and in the heat and cold - it’s natural to me and location or distance is no boundary.

What I can do for you.
Skills - For over 20 years I've worked in design, advertising, direction and photography. I can work in any medium from print to digital to video/TV. I have a wide skill set working across publications, copywriting, design for print and digital, branding/marketing, direction/creation of video and photography and retouching.
Photography - I offer photography coverage for events and subjects including; weddings, engagements, parties, conventions, personal portraits, toddlers and children, pets, fashion/model, food and beverage, architecture and product.
Background - I’ve worked on campaigns and photography for Australian clients including: JetStar, Coopers Brewery, V8 Supercars (Clipsal 500 Adelaide Race), Royal Automobile Association, South Australian Tourism Commission, Oxford Landing, Yalumba, Jansz, Pewsey Vale, Great Southern Rail and Motor Accident Commission; and in Japan: Communa, Ogawara Council, Shibata Council and Spoon Sports. This work has appeared in myriad social and digital channels and select publications/magazines including Virgin Australia (in-flight magazine), Jetstar Australia & Japan (in-flight magazine), Smith Journal, Marie Claire, Vogue Australia, City Mag and The Wall Street Journal.
