Over a 2.5 year period i’ve been working closely with a tax company in Tokyo - Otani Accounting Office - to develop their brand into something more than just the regular tax companies.
We started simply by upgrading them to a content management system (Squarespace) and it opened the proverbial ‘Pandora’s Box’. Soon, Carolin and David were looking to see how far they could push the changes, internally and externally.
After the website came an Instagram and Facebook presence, followed by presentation templates and internal document and branding guidelines. Later I also convinced them to run with a complete logo, typography and brand image transformation across all mediums. The changes were very successful and saw an influx of new staff, social followers and most importantly, clients.
